She has some exciting tips to share with us.
I have been a dermatologist since 2000. Some exciting advances include laser treatments and cosmetic uses of neurotoxins, which provide great results with little downtime.
Consistency is key! I focus on products backed by science. I use hydroquinone for melasma and love Obagi and Musely. Morning: Obagi Vitamin C, clear and exfoliate. Evening: Musely’s M+ cream or retinoid, Naiian’s growth serum, and FACE UP HA serum.
Hydroquinone-based products for my melasma, retinoids for fine lines, and growth serums to stimulate collagen.
Hard work and dedication! They use the right products and stay consistent with their skincare routines.
Be specific about your concerns and ask if they understand your skin type, especially if you have ethnic skin.
Neurotoxins are both popular and satisfying, providing immediate results. We also perform laser and filler treatments.
Don’t expect instant results; skincare is a marathon, not a race. Be patient and consistent.

Brown spots from the sun may require laser treatments, while melasma responds well to topical creams or oral pills.
Neurotoxins and collagen stimulators.
Stem cell treatments, particularly products from Skinmedica TNS and Naiian serums.
IPL for sun damage, Fraxel for resurfacing, and Halo for fine lines. All are great, but consider your skin type and needs.
Both are excellent, and combining microneedling with PRP and stem cells/growth factors enhances results.
How does nutrition affect the skin?
Stick with products that address your skin issues, but feel free to try different non-active products like cleansers and moisturizers.
Supplements like Fernblock PLE boost sun protection, zinc helps with acne, and biotin strengthens nails.
One patient had a large sunspot on her cheek. Through treatments like creams, lasers, and chemical peels, it faded, and her confidence grew. She felt beautiful and no longer hid her face.
